Local company's 'timelines' suit against Facebook to go to trial in April

Facebook Inc. will go to trial in April against a small Chicago company, Timelines Inc., which sued the social-media giant in late 2011 over the use of its name. In a trademark infringement lawsuit filed in September 2011, Timelines, which then had been in business for almost five years, said that Facebook had begun touting "Timelines" as a new product offering.Read More »
