Hagens Berman has hired an experienced team of senior-level IP attorneys specializing in prosecuting infringement cases.

The team is led by Steve Berman, the firm’s managing partner, and includes respected IP litigators Mark Carlson and Nicholas Boebel. We have actively expanded our IP practice as we take on more cases, and have the resources needed to hire additional attorneys, experts, researchers and others if necessary for a large case.

Other firms with a broader practice, including defense work, move slowly, exhaustively checking for conflicts before taking a case. Our narrow focus allows us to mitigate the risk of a conflict and move cases forward with a streamlined process.

We also offer contingency-fee arrangements under which our pay is based on results, not the hours we bill. These agreements specify that if we do not win a recovery for our clients, we are not paid a dime in legal fees. This creates a positive incentive for us to achieve maximum results.
