'Call Me Maybe' singer Carly Rae Jepsen to be sued for copyright infringement

Allyson Nichole Burnett, an Alabama-based singer/songwriter, alleges that her 2010 song "Ah, It's a Love Song," was ripped off in the song "Good Time," a new, collaborative hit single between Owl City and Jepsen. Burnett has also sued Owl City, claiming that when people here her song, they now think that she's copying the Jepson/Owl City tune, MTV.com reported.
