Raytheon denies it stole warhead trade secrets

TUCSON, Ariz. — Tucson-based Raytheon Missile Systems is denying allegations raised in a former partner's lawsuit that it stole missile warhead trade secrets.

Ordnance Technologies North America Inc. filed a federal lawsuit against Raytheon in May. The Arizona Daily Star reports (http://bit.ly/U7NkGP ) it is seeking a court order halting Raytheon's use of the bunker-busting warhead technology used in Tomahawk missiles as well as monetary damages.
