Taiwan TPK filed patent suits in China against Nokia, others

Finnish handset maker and partners accused of violating patent relating to touchscreen technology.

Taiwanese touch-panel maker TPK Holding Co. said Wednesday it filed in a Chinese court two lawsuits, against Nokia Corp. and a few other Chinese companies, seeking damages and production halts for infringing one of its patents.
