lululemon Sues Calvin Klein for Patent Infringement

Yoga clothing company lululemon athletica (NAS: LULU) has sued Calvin Klein andG-III Apparel Group (NAS: GIII) , a Calvin Klein supplier, claiming that Calvin Klein, which is owned by PVH (NYS: PVH) , is carrying pants that violate three of its patents.
